1.  Do you just do Paso Robles wine tours?

No.  We provide elegant transportation for any San Luis, Central Coast or Paso Robles wine country event or special occasion.  We do specialize in Paso Robles wine tours, and offer a One-Day 5-hour wine tasting tour to San Luis Obispo wineries or Paso Robles wineries.  However, we are a flexible, service-based company.  Tell us what you want and we'll work with you to make it happen.

2. What's the best time of year to visit San Luis Obispo County and the Paso Robles wine country?

Thanks to our great Mediterranean climate, every time of year is beautiful in San Luis Obispo.  If you are thinking of seasonal events tied to wine making, call us for details on the Paso Robles wine country events for that time.

3. Will you pick us up?

Yes.  Our daily Paso Robles wine tours  or Central Coast wine tours will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel in SLO, Paso Robles, Cambria and other locations around the county.  For private charters, we will arrange a pick up/drop off spot convenient for you.

4. How big a group can you handle?

Any size from 2 to 76 (or 2 to 66 if you want just trolleys).  We have 3 trolleys that can carry 22 passengers each, plus one 10 passenger van (check the math--we think that adds up to 76).  But if you want to reserve our whole fleet, call early!

5. Do we need to make reservations?

Yes.  Reservations are required for daily Paso Robles wine tours and all other wine country events - our space is limited, and many desirable times and events fill up fast.  We may not be able to accommodate you on a One-Day Paso Robles wine tour if you do not call ahead to reserve. 

6. What if we need to cancel our reservation?

Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to qualify for any refund.

7. Can individuals make reservations on the trolleys?

Yes.  We have One-Day San Luis or Paso Robles wine tours and provide shuttle transportation for special events.  Call for details.

8. Do you have group rates?

We offer hourly rates for groups (see the Reservations page or click here for rates). Note that the hourly rental is a very affordable alternative for groups larger than about a dozen (depending on how long you need the transportation).

9.  Can you do events in Santa Barbara or Monterey?

Yes, with advance reservation on a group basis only--our regular service area is Paso Robles wine country and the surrounding Central Coast wine county of San Luis Obispo County.  Call for details.

10. Do you offer discounted rates for non-profit or civic events?

We provide the wine country transportation trolleys on a discounted basis to a limited number of non-profit or civic events each year.  Demand is strong, so please contact us early to see if we have a spot available in our schedule.
